Urban Threshold explores contemporary residential infill through restrained massing, layered privacy, and disciplined exterior composition.

The project reconfigures the street-facing identity of a compact urban parcel through simplified roof geometry, controlled openings, and horizontal fencing systems that balance security, permeability, and neighborhood presence.

Outdoor circulation, balcony integration, and landscape framing were carefully organized to strengthen the transition between public frontage and private domestic space while maximizing openness within constrained setbacks.

The result is a contemporary urban residence grounded in clarity, proportion, and the evolving character of coastal Southern California living.
