Horizon Terrace

This project reimagines the elevated rear terrace and front yard approach as a unified exterior transformation rooted in structural clarity, material restraint, and coastal spatial openness.

The design explores frameless guardrail integration, beam alignment, and elevated circulation strategies intended to preserve open sightlines while maintaining structural and code-conscious performance. The street-facing composition focuses on proportion, simplified landscaping, and architectural balance to strengthen the home’s visual identity from the public realm.

The result is a cohesive exterior narrative — grounded from the street and increasingly open toward the horizon.
